Opening of the Observatory Gilching for the Public
Opening of the Observatory during the Conference
During the conference we will open the Observatory for visits by colleagues and the public at special times. There will be the possibility to watch the sun in H-Alpha wavelenght a Coronda PST and a Meade 8" equipped with a Day-Star filter. The 20"-Newtonian shows planets during day and offers beautiful views of Deep Sky objects at night.
